TOUR CONDITIONS

To reserve your private trip on Best Kept Spain you must provide a deposit of $500 per person taking the tour.

Once the deposit is made, you will have your trip reserved on the calendar. If you need to cancel your trip, your tour deposit is 100% refundable up to 90 days from your tour date, and 50% up to 60 days of the tour date. (Some activities or visits required prepaid reservations greater than 60 days in advance).

The deposit is NOT refundable if the departure date of your booked trip is within 60 days.

Your final payment is due 60 days before the tour starts.

If your group signs up for a trip less than 60 days before it’s departure, the whole tour price must be paid in full.

Cancellations made between 59 days and 31 days before your tour starts, you will be refund it 50% of your full tour cost.

Bookings cancelled within 30 days or less of your departure, you will be refund it 25% of your total tour cost.

No refunds will be made after the tour has started.

In case of a cancellation a credit may be applied to a different date.

INSURANCE

Travel insurance is recommended for this tour. These kind of trip insurance are not expensive at all. Please make sure you are adequately covered.

Best Kept Spain does not take responsibility if your selected travel or regular insurance policy does not cover losses due to delays, cancellations, illness or medical expenses during your trip.
